April has been a busy month for the Synthwave scene. With Bandcamp Fridays gaining bigger traction every month and most countries growing rife with promising hopes of live concerts making a comeback, it seems like this fruitful month is but a taste of the glorious rejuvenated summer months to come. This past month saw the return of Retrowave titans Mitch Murder and Timecop1983, along with the long-awaited release of Makeup and Vanity’s ‘Heart of Batman’ Soundtrack on Streaming platforms. We hope you’ll excuse the slight delay for this Retro Recap; April 30th was a particularly fruitful Friday for Bandcamp and the Retro Scene.
