Alan Palomo, aka Neon Indian has been a staple in the synth scene since 2009. The release of his seminal “Psychic Chasms” helped solidify the chillwave sound, and led to the “Summer of Chillwave.” But, before Palomo was Neon Indian, he was in a little 4 piece band called Ghost Hustler around 2007.
