“Three” is chock full of upbeat retro synthpop and straight rock jams, bringing the 80’s to life in all it’s over-the-top gaudy glamour. Besides having very decent synthwork and equally fantastic guitar riffs, Kidburn’s vocals shine above the rest of the mix – reminiscent of a modern George Micheal. In the true mirror image of the sexy sax man himself, Kidburn seethes with a sensuality that easily bleeds through to his music.

The rock elements of “Three” also interesting – most 80’s retro rock seems to be limited to “Shredwave,” so it’s nice to see the genre switch up. All in all, this a great retro album with uniquely sexy rock elements you don’t want to miss!
