When the subject of listening music while cooking and one of the cooks in the kitchen decides to name drop TIMECOP 1983 and goes into sharing his earbuds with the feature cook of the episode.. It’s a really cool moment in Modern Retro History. Definitely steals the show away from the pan-seared scallops in corn and chorizo ragu..
